I have a skill set that can support clients facing a wide range of challenges however, my specialties include working with individuals who are first time clients and have never been in therapy before, clients who are neurodivergent and/or have exceptionalities, clients wanting to explore their identity (racial, cultural, personal, professional), clients who are “transition age” (16-25), and clients (of all ages) navigating a life transition. I will work collaboratively with you to help you build targeted skills, resolve a presenting issue, and/or create and maintain stability in your life. We will work together to assess your goals and determine a mutually agreed path and timeline towards reaching them.

Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) and Brainspotting (BSP) are two different body based practices that allow clients to release traumatic memories, sensations, emotions, and reactions. AIT and BSP are designed to support clients who are ready to heal trauma (both single incident traumas and/or traumatic patterns). Engaging with AIT and/or BSP to heal past traumas provides you with an opportunity to reduce maladaptive and self destructive reactions and/or patterns and increase your capacity to learn new coping skills, increase emotion regulation, and build healthy patterns and relationships.
