What services do you offer?
I offer individual counseling, trauma therapy (Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) & Brainspotting (BSP)), trauma intensives, and consultation services. Please see my Services page for more detailed information on the services I provide.
What is a trauma intensive?
A trauma intensive is a focused, extended therapy session (or series of sessions) that allows clients to work deeply on specific experiences in a safe and supportive space. Trauma intensives incorporate specific body-based trauma modalities to provide clients with an opportunity to make meaningful progress in a shorter amount of time than traditional weekly therapy.
How much do your services cost? Do you accept insurance?
Sessions are $150/hr. I accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit card payments.
I currently accept UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, Cigna, Evernorth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Where are you located? Do you offer telehealth services?
I am presently offering services in Harahan, LA and I also offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth services through Google Meet.
